Due to the relocation of our external warehouse the books and doctoral dissertations stored there, as well as the entire stock of the library's periodicals, will be unavailable until the beginning of January 2025. Many of our books are still available for loan and current literature can be found on the open shelves.

The Library will be closed on the 29th November 2024 due to an university event.

Emlékkonferencia Alföldy Géza halálának 5. évfordulója alkalmából

2016. november 7-én 10 órai kezdettel a Magyar Tudomány Ünnepe programsorozat keretében a Kar Régészettudományi Intézete emlékkonferenciát szervez. Alföldy Géza, az ELTE díszdoktora és tiszteletbeli professzora, a Heidelbergi Egyetem professor emeritusa, az ókortudomány világhírű kutatója öt évvel ezelőtt hunyt el váratlanul. Őrá emlékeznek nem csak Karunk oktatói, hanem többek között a Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum, a Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem és a Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem kutatói is.
