Inspirations in Foreign Language Teaching

This volume celebrates Péter Medgyes – EFL teacher, researcher, educational policy maker – on his 70th birthday. He has given INSPIRATION to generations of students, colleagues, researchers, readers and audiences in the profession of teaching English. The book presents 17 descriptive and research studies in the areas that Professor Medgyes has been and is still active in: teacher training, tertiary education, foreign language teaching and testing, as well as some papers realted to the wider context of foreign language teaching. This way the volume also serves as a useful reading and resource for students, practitioners and researchers of FLT, so that they too can carry on the INSPIRATION.
