The University Library and Archives provides the University Library Service member libraries with standardised forms and barcodes for the following items:
- reader registration form in Hungarian and English,
- reader's card,
- barcode for the library card,
- copy identification barcode.

Upon receipt of the ordered items, payment is processed by transfer of the financial framework.
