Paolo de Vingo, a Torinói Egyetem (Università degli Studi di Torino, Dipartimento di Studi Storici) professzora az Erasmus oktatói csereprogram keretében tart angol nyelvű előadássorozatot 2013. április 22. és május 3. között. Az előadó a Régészettudományi Intézet meghívására érkezik az Egyetemre.
Az intenzív kurzus (Study of the Transition between Late Antiquity and the Early Middle Ages in northern Italy through an analysis of rural areas, Cemeteries and production activities) a késő ókor és kora középkor Észak-Itáliájával foglalkozik, különös tekintettel a vidéki területekre, a temetkezési helyekre és a termelő tevékenységekre. Az olasz előadó bemutatja a korszak kézművességét, templomait és vallásait, de szól a korabeli arisztokrácia temetkezési gyakorlatairól is.
