Due to the relocation of our external warehouse the books and doctoral dissertations stored there, as well as the entire stock of the library's periodicals, will be unavailable until the beginning of January 2025. Many of our books are still available for loan and current literature can be found on the open shelves.

The exhibition was compiled by the staff of the University Library and Knowledge Center of the University of Pécs in 2022, the 90th anniversary of the death of cultural politician Kuno Klebelsberg (1875–1932). The traveling exhibition of the University of Pécs can be seen for one month from April 24, 2023 in the hall of the ELTE University Library and Archives. The exhibition is free of charge, if you are not a registered reader, please indicate your intention to visit at the entrance.

Visitors are welcome without registration on the 23th of July 2022 from 10 am to 6 pm at the exhibition of the ELTE University Library and Archives. The 19th century physics laboratory allows us to discover and test the tools made and used by Eötvös Loránd. By testing the tools in the animated exhibition space it shows and deepens the knowledge of how the Eötvös scale demonstrates Earth’s rotation.
