Borrowing podcast package The library provides the loan of 3 packages of video recording equipment for the staff of the institution, supporting the recording of institutional events and lectures. In addition to the equipment loan, the library also edits and publishes the recordings on request. The edited and published recordings are available on the SEK- channel of the Videotorium portal. The computers on the two floors of the library are free to use. The computers are used to search the catalogue and databases and to access MS Office programs.  You can use your own laptop or tablet in all reading areas.  Teachers can reserve the following teaching spaces on the second floor of the library through the study system, during library opening hours only: computer lab with mobile digital display (30 places) reading room (11 Apple computers) Ágoston Pável room with mobile digital display
With a visitor ticket You can use the reading rooms free of charge with a visitor ticket: all books on the free shelves (books marked with blue and red colour stripes can only be used on site), audio and video documents (audio cassette, CD, DVD, VHS, vinyl) and CD-ROMs, and the journal collection. The ILL service can obtain material which is not held by the Library, and which is needed for research and study. On request, we can obtain the missing items from the library's collection through interlibrary loans from national (provincial) or foreign libraries, in originals or copies. The lending library decides on the use of the requested documents (borrowing or on-site use only).
Items which are already held by the Library, but which are on loan to other readers, can be recalled from the current borrower by asking librarians and you can reserve it free of charge. Reservations are only possible with a valid library card. The maximum number of books that can be subscribed is 5 volumes.

How do I borrow a book? How many books can I borrow? All documents in the online catalogue with a borrowing status are available for borrowing. Documents not available for loan: Documents on the open shelf that are not available for loan (with dark blue or red colourstripe); bound periodicals; the latest issues of journals; audio discs. The number of documents that can be borrowed varies depending on the type of library membership.
Main collection The library collects and disseminates literature on the subjects taught and researched at the ELTE Savaria University Centre. Of the more than 200,000 volumes in its collection, 30,000 are devoted to foreign language courses. The library is also the region's largest library for pedagogical subjects, supporting not only traditional teacher training disciplines, but also engineering and economics. The book collection is complemented by a media collection of 10,000 items and a collection of more than 13,000 bound journals.
